Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your coir. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
Original shipping charges aren't refunded, unless the return is because of our mistake.
Opened or used items can't be returned, because coir is a growing medium and we can't resell it once it has been opened or hydrated.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You won't pay anything to fix our mistake.

We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without instructions can't be accepted.
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the refund.
