Specifications
- 100% coconut coir pith, compressed about 5:1 into 5 kg (11 lb) blocks
- Each block expands with water to roughly 2 to 2.5 cubic feet of loose coir
- Low salt: lab test EC 0.23 mS/cm, pH 6.2 (Jan 2025). Not buffered, so add cal-mag for hydroponics as with any raw coir
- Unbagged blocks stacked on 48 × 40 in pallets, 225 blocks (about 1.1 t) per pallet
Delivery
- Ships from East Bernard, TX, usually within 3 to 5 business days. Freight is calculated at checkout: one rate for Texas and one for the rest of the lower 48 states.
- Rates assume a business address that can receive a pallet. Residential or liftgate delivery is about $100 extra; we confirm before dispatch.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and anything over 3 pallets: ask for a freight quote.
